Advertising Match Strikers

Match strikers used to provide an ideal place for advertising. As the majority of the population used to smoke they would regularly light matches, and look at the match striker. These strikers could be given (or loaned) to businesses where there was a lot of traffic, such as pubs or cafes. They could also be sold, providing  permanent advert in peoples homes.

All the match strikers in this section are listed elsewhere on the main site, by manufacturer, but are also given here grouped according to the adverts they carry.
